Manual for
Workers of Fishery Products |
The Manual
for Workers of Fishery Products wrote by Dr. Nelson Avdalov, is one
of the outputs of the project on “Rehabilitation and Development of
the Seafood Processing Industry in Rio Grande and Mar del Plata”.
The Manual addresses specially the workers of the fishery processing
plants, who are directly responsible for the quality of the products
to be delivered to households and restaurants. The manual reflects
the experience of the training programmes of fish factory workers
in eight processing plants in Rio Grande (Brasil) and Mar del Plata
(Argentina) during 2000 and 2001. |
